Shipping
What if I need to modify my order?
Please call us ASAP for any changes after ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
How much is Shipping?
We offer Free Shipping and Delivery in Hong Kong.
For International Orders, USD30 shipping for orders under USD300.
For bulk orders >10 pieces, please contact us directly so we can offer you the best shipping rates accordingly.
Can I get same day delivery?
In Hong Kong, we will typically ship your order out within 24 hours (next day delivery). Should you want a piece on the same day, please give us a call and we’ll do our very best to arrange this for you. As for international deliveries, we are unfortunately unable to offer same day delivery.
What about customs and duties?
Any duties imposed by the receiving country is the responsibility of the buyer.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept credit card payment through Paypal.

Returns
What is your returns policy?
Returns – if any – will be considered on a case by case basis, and final decision of Fine n’ Rhine will prevail.
Exchanges
You may exchange items if you require a different size in that piece, subject to availability. If an item is sold out, we will issue you a refund.
